Here are the SoupCycle soups for this week.

Spicy Chickpea & Herb (vegan)

Veggie Pot Roast Delight (veggie)

Hearty mix of Yukon Gold potatoes, carrots, parsnip, mushrooms and tomatoes seasoned with sage, rosemary and oregano. [gluten-free]

The Democratic Republic of Peanut Chicken (meaty)

SoupCycle Soups for March 8

Sweet Potato Curry (vegan)
One of our most popular vegan soups. Sweet potato with Indian garam masala seasoning and our in-house veggie broth. For ultimate souping delight, pour over a bed of home cooked rice. (gluten-free)

Brazilian Black Bean (veggie)
Sweet and spicy black bean soup made with jalapeños, molasses, lime juice and red wine vinegar. (gluten-free)

Classic Chicken Noodle (meaty)
Savory chicken, wide noodles, celery, carrots and just the right spice.

Nibblin’ Nuthatch Bakery

From Nibblin’ Nuthatch Bakery:

We are your  newest local  gluten-free bakery. We prepare gluten-free and vegan baked goods to meet your everyday dietary needs. We use a community supported model where we provide 8 week shares of product, picked up weekly at the wholesale bakery on 9th St.

We will be at the Winter Market this Saturday, March 8, for our first opportunity to share our product line in a different venue.  Warm gluten-free baguettes will be available as well as numerous types of cookies,  vegan scones and hand pies.

There are other options available in our CSB weekly shares.

Barbecue Split Pea (vegan)
Our southern spin on split pea soup. Made with organic carrots and our scrumptious homemade barbecue sauce. (gluten free)

Dahlicious (veggie)
Sweet and savory Indian dahl with squash, lentils, marinated tempeh and himalayan spices.  (gluten free)

Mexican Pozole (meaty)
Traditional Mexican soup with shredded chicken, green chili and hominy. So tasty it’s like a fiesta in your mouth.  (gluten free)
