This Saturday will be our last market at the Fairgrounds and then we will move to the downtown summer market.
We will have a few more dairy and egg free desserts available this week. I am hoping to have a few pizza crusts available. We will have plenty of our almond cake,mini chestnut cakes, blueberry muffins and pumpkin squares ( dairy and egg free)..as well as fudge brownie’s ( dairy and egg free). Hope to see you there.

Another market day tomorrow the 28th of March. Only 2 more markets left and we move into the summer market.

Well Saturday is just around the corner and we will be at the market from 9-1:00pm. We will have 2 different types of tea cakes ( I guess that’s the English side of me) or coffee cakes if you prefer. Our strawberry ripple teacake will be our dairy free option and we will also have blueberry teacake. There will be plenty of baguettes, olive boules and slicing bread as well as all of our other regular items. On a side note we did have an issue with some slicing bread last week that fell apart and thank goodness our customer contacted us and we replaced it. Accident’s can happen in the kitchen so please let me know if you had a problem with an item. I will be happy to replace it. I want to have a good relationship with you and communication is a big part of it. I suspect there may be 3 other loaves of bread that could be a problem so do not hesitate to contact us. Another market day this Saturday the 21st. We will have some sugar free Strawberry galette’s thanks to some wonderful organic strawberries that came our way as well as some apple hand pies that folks missed last week. Plenty of almond cake, chestnut cake, cinnamon rolls, lemon bars, vegan scones… nibblers… choc chip….etc…yes and bread.. maybe even some soft dinner rolls. I have had a few special requests for egg free slicing bread. If you want some please let me know by tomorrow morning I don’t typically make much egg free. See you soon! Look for our balloons!
