Corvallis Winter Market brings local farms and food producers together every Saturday through the winter — out of the weather, still fresh from the Willamette Valley.

Mission

To provide a critical link in the year round supply for mid-valley customers to find locally produced foods, nursery, flowers and artisan crafted products at a time of year when traditional art fairs and farmers’ markets are not operating.

Overview

Corvallis Winter Market is one of western Oregon’s oldest weekly winter markets, serving the Corvallis, Albany, and mid-valley area. The market runs every Saturday, in and around Guerber Hall on the Benton County Fairgrounds, from mid-January through mid April each winter.

You’ll find:

• Organically and conventionally grown vegetables and fruits
• Mushrooms and seaweed
• Artisan baked breads
• Eggs and honey
• A broad range of meats and poultry
• An extensive variety of quality crafted items

Guerber Hall hosts several vendors, the market booth, and restrooms. More than half of vendors are in covered sheds.
