All vendors apply in the year preceding each season, starting with returning vendors.

New vendor applications for 2026 are closed. The board will seek 2027 applications from returning vendors before opening applications to new vendors in the fall of 2026.

The footprint of this market is limited, and priority is given to farmers and other food producers.  The CIWM board evaluates applications to decide which will best enhance the diversity of the market.
